Internet Explorer 6.0

While entering IE I am getting an error message "HTTP
Error 403 - Forbidden Internet Explorer". This occurs
whenever I attempt to go to any web address, including
msn.com.

All addresses when entered and sent are being prelabeled
with www.internet-optimizer.com/Help/NavigationError/?
e=ERR403&u=http%3A, followed by the address I initially
entered.

This is probably being caused by a third-party program
(adware, spyware,
parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items
listed in red.)
