Internet explorer 6.0 2800

I am having active x problems on certain web sites. Microsoft recommends going into tools- Internet options.....then opening the security tab and adjusting the active x controls. All well and good, but I do not have a security tab on my internet options........HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do I do?? How do I change the settings for active x if there is no security panel????
