Internet Connection

I have recently upgraded from Dialup to Bell Sympatico Basic Lite DSL. Now I
am unable to connect to the Internet when I am using Outlook. (Have tried
both the Sympatico automatic "fixer", and the Dell Automatic "fixer". Help
will be appreciated.

I also assume that your dsl provider can help you. I would contact them.
They should get you going
