Internet Connection Sharing

I am using a cable connection into a multihomed box with
static ip addresses on the internal network and a dynamic
IP address on the nic that is connected to the cable
modem. I am currently unable to get to the web from any
machine other than the one that is directly connected to
the cable modem. Any suggestions?

Have you tried enabling ICS first? If you have, ICS will set the ip for the
internal network to 192.168.0.1 and you should change your clients to get IP
addresses automatically.
