Internet Connection Sharing

I am attempting to load some VPN software. I get an error that states I must
uninstall internet connection sharing before the installation. How do I
uninstall it?

Open Control Panel/Network Connections
Do any of your network cards have a hand symbol under them ?

If yes then you have ICS configured.
Don't think you can unistall ICS but you can stop using it on your network
cards.
