Internet connection sharing Slow to clients

I have a Direcway internet satellite and the Direcway router is connected to
the main Windows XP PC through a USB cable. There are 2 XP clients on the
wireless LAN that use ICS on the main PC to access internet, and 1 XP client
using CAT5 to connect.

The speed of the internet is good and fast from the main PC that the router
is connected to but the upload and download speeds onm the clients are very
slow.

Is there anything in ICS that would slow down the Client connections?
