Internet connection lost after locking computer!

Hi,
just a question! I noticed that every time I lock my account (continuing
anyway to use Emule and Msn) or simply if (after 10 minutes of inactivity)
the computer itself locks the account, when I enter again the accout the
internet connection is lost. I mean: I find MSN disconnected and Emule
without any downloading in progress! Immediately everything goes up in the
sense that MSN connects automatically and Emule too. From the log event of
MSN I see that my user log off just few time after locking the compueter.
Does any of you know the reason of this fact? Is it a special feature of
Vista or just a bug? Any idea how to solve the problem?

Check you Power options. Perhaps Vista is set to turn off your NIC to
conserve power.
