internet connection in a network randomly crashes

hi, i have a laptop and everytime i connect to our network the internet
connect of the whole network will crash for 30 seconds and then the internet
goes back for about 3 minutes then goes out for another 30 seconds. can
anybody help.

hi robert,

i have scanned it with AVG 8.0 and the result was clean.
nslookup showed DNS request timed out, can't find server name and default
servers not available

Posting the result of nslookup may help. Or check this troubleshooting;

NslookupNslookup.exe is a tool for testing and troubleshooting DNS servers.
Example. To query for the Chicagotech.net MX record, type the following:
C:\> nslookup . ...
www.chicagotech.net/nslookup.htm

hi robert

this is the result of the nslookup:

can't find server name for address 192.168.70.101: non-existent domain
can't find server name for address 203.115.130.8: non-existent domain
default servers are not available
default servers: unknown
address: 192.168.70.101
