Internet Connection Firewall ?

When ICF is turned on, the system always adds the service "Teredo" with
protocol "UDP" which listens on Port# 3544. What is this "Teredo" doing ? I
know other service is also turned on automatically by XP/ICF, the IM, but
this IM is Microsoft and I am OK with this service.

I think I found it at http://www.microsoft.com/WindowsXP/p2p/natcompat.asp
(Teredo Network Address Translator (NAT) Compatibility). It has something to
do with ip6 protocol that I installed on my XP.
