internet connection down

after running the software, i got a yellow exclamation
mark by my local area connection icon and my internet has
stopped working ever since.

when checking the status of my connection i only have
sent activity but not received.

any suggestions? thank you

Terrific. We have some hopes that Microsoft will have figured out an
improvement over this process in the next beta version of Microsoft
Antispyware.

Restart your system in Safe mode and run add remove
programs and dump the product.

Restart your system and check if the problem is gone.

Download the product again.

Run defrag and then reinstall.
