Internet browse slow

Hi all
My internet Exlorer Ver 6.0 take One Min. to open first
page after that it is working normal and quickly .
i'm useing Norton Internet Security .

why it takes one or 1.5 Min. to open first page
and the monitor bar in the explorer , witch show you the
process of opening the site also not working only after 1-
1.5 min.

First, dump Norton Internet Security. Its very problematic.

i uninstall the Norton internet security but same problem ,
i don't know why this happend
