My wife and I are trying to set internet access passwords so our children
will not be able to access the internet without our permission. How do I set
my Explorer link to request a password when anyone wants to access the
Internet?

You need a parental control program to do that, and more. It will be a
good investment of your time to learn about this type of software and to
buy it for your computer. We need to keep our children safe.
