International function names corresondance

Hi,

I'm working in an international environment (Polish/French/English).
Sometimes I'm supporting users in writing/debugging Excel formulas. My
problem is that function names are not the same and it's very difficult to
find a corresondance.

For example: one user on English version is frequently using VLOOKUP
function. He's trying to do some calculations with his Polish colleague on
Polish version. How could he find that he should use WYSZUKAJ.PIONOWO
function? And what function should he use when working in French version?

Is there any possibility to find out what are correct english names for
functions and inverse?

Any help appreciated.
