internal support function returned an error

I have a user with Outlook 98. She is getting this error
message when trying to send mail to a person in her
contact list, "internal support function returned an
error". Instead of clicking on the email address from the
contact she has to cut and paste the address from the
contact into a new email doc and send.
Any ideas?

An internal support function returned an error

Just split your DL into two parts and send to each list separately. This worked for me with an 8-member list in Outlook 2002. Microsoft has been not working on this problem since 2000.
