internal support function error

What is an internal support function error? I get it when I try to send an
email to a large mailing group. Worked last week, but not now.

I've had this same problem and just found a way around it. Instead of typing
your email first and filling in the "To" section, go to contacts first, then
click on the group to open it. Go to "Actions" then "New message to
contact". Compose and send your message this way. It will go through
without giving you an internal support function error, or at least it did for
me. Hope this helps.
