internal failure #0X80040707

when trying to remove a program thru the control panel, I
get an Internal Failure Error Number #0X80040707 (no
description) and it will not allow me to remove the
program. I have tried reloading the program on top of
the old one and I still get the same error message. What
can I do?

Have you checked the application maker's website for possible help with this
issue, have you contacted their tech support?
