Intermittent Navigation hijack

Having a problem with intermittnet navigation hijack. I
enter a legit url in the address bar (msn, google, yahoo,
hotmail, etc.) and the browser goes somewhere else. This
only happens once in a while, but it is occurring
consistently.

Scans with MSAS, Highjackthis, and an online Panda scan
have found nothing.

I've looked up IP addresses for the domains of these
sites (personal-photo, search-soft, pokerwithgirls, et
al) and run searches for both against the OS and
registry. Nothing found.

Any suggestions?

btw- really like MSAS.
