interface not registered what shall i do?

i was trying to send an e-mail but when i press the send button a message pop
up with the text "interface not registered" what shall i do?

Try this:

Close all Office applications including Outlook
Open the Windows Run box
Enter Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll
Press OK

See if the issue is fixed
