interesting favorites problem

I just came across this...

In Internet Explorer, when I go into the favorites menu and click on the
'Organize Favorites," I get a white box with a red X in it (the one like a
webpage linking to a non-function image link).

If I click...
'Create Folder,' it says: "Error: 306"
'Move to Folder,' "Error: 318"
'Rename,' "Error: 311"
'Delete,' "Error: 323"

Above the error number it says, "An error has occurred in this dialog," and
below the error number it says, "Object doesn't support this property or
method."

Any way to fix this?

Its not much of a problem... Iknow how to edit the favorites outside of
Internet Explorer, it would be a little easier though to do it in the program.
