I'm sure some of you must have visited this website, but for anyone who hasn't, it's pretty interesting to see "real time" flight traffic (information is usually no more than 4 minutes old, and it keeps updating as you watch.)

As I write, the UK is totally without air traffic, due to the volcanic dust-cloud (from Iceland) which has grounded all planes. You can play around with tabs, to get satellite views, etc., and click on planes to see what they are and where they're going.

http://www.radar-virtuel.com/ The site works best with either Firefox, Chrome or Safari, btw.
:D

Good find, TC!

The UK seems a little empty at the moment ;)

My dad was due to go to Turkey for 2 weeks on an all inclusive for £200 pp on a last minute type deal. When he told me I was quite jealous. :D

Instead he has been doing DIY around his house. lol

What happens now that he can't fly? Does he still get to go on the same holiday at a later date, or do they have to cancel it now?

Hope he still gets to go :)
