Intercepting the print Queue to obtain the intermediate EMF file

Is there any way i can intercept the print Queue to obtain the EMF
file( or any other format) file that is created before the PRN file is
created?

why not just set the driver to send EMF and print to a file?

AFTER YOU REPLACE THE CARTS WITH CANON OEM THEN RUN A FEW CLEANING
CYCLES AND THEN PRINT A BUNCH OF COLOR DOCUMENTS

How do i do that?

In the printer driver properties for my HP lasers at home and at work
choose the advance tab and click the print processor button.
