Inter-Forest Trust relationship

I have to trust two of my domains in each different forest using both W2K
Server SP3. I have to create a seperate users in each forest for some
political reason inside our comapany but i need to gain some resources on
both ends. I know that trust relationship must be establish to achieve this.

Please outline the requirements for Inter-forest trust relationship.

My Company Setup
2 DC in diff forest
W2K Server SP3
Both have DNS
Domain A contains DHCP Domain B None
No WINS on both sides
