integrate hot fixes?

can i integrate hot fixes such as the update roll-up 1
and the internet explorer service packs in the CD of
Windows XP so that when I install from the CD, the
service packs are already built-in? I've already done it
with SP1

According to Microsoft, there is no way, out of the box, to slipstream hotfixes.
