Integers automatically divided by 10

In Excel 2002, when I open a new spreadsheet, if I type in 15 in a cell, 1.5
displays. If I type 100, 10 displays. However, if I type 13.3, 13.3
displays and if I type 100.0, 100 displays. Anyone seen this and know how to
fix it?

Choose Tools/Options/Edit from the Excel menu and uncheck the "Fixed
Decimal Places" option.
