insthlp.dat in Dawn of War screensaver?

I get a message from Windows Defender that a file that is a part of a
screensaver from gamesmaker THQ is "Unclassified Spyware loader". The
screensavers can be downloaded from THQ site for the game Dawn of War. I
think it was http://www.dawnofwargame.com/downloads/ (I started from the UK
site and surfed to the screensavers.) See copy below.

Category: Spyware
Description: This program has potentially unwanted behavior.
Advice: Remove this software immediately.
Resources:
file: D:\Nedladdning\Ubisoft\marine_fire1280\insthlp.dat
file: D:\Nedladdning\Ubisoft\Visions_of_War\insthlp.dat

Is this a known spyware loader or an error? For the time being I have
quarantined the files.

I think I'd run the free Panda Active Scan for a second opinion on this
one, of course you'll have to restore from quarantine first. But is a
screensaver that important to you? Only you can decide that.

There are google hits on insthlp.dat with various screensavers, but the
responses go all over the map. Example:

Finally, if you need it:

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have NIS 2005 (Anti-spyware version) updated and running. I have also
checked with Ad-Aware 1.06, Spybot 1.4 and XSoftspy SE. None of these find
anything in the screensaver files.

No, the screensaver is not important. My son likes the game and wanted a
screensaver. I wrote the question after a tip from MS Support.

I will try also Panda and do some Googeling.
