InstallShield Wizard and Macromedia Shockwave Flash Player

I am having trouble with 2 things, firstly my dungeon siege screen saver does
not work any more I have uninstalled it, downloaded a newer version but
everytime I time to run it it comes up with an swflash.ocx is missing, I've
contacted Microsoft about it, and all they say is that it is a Macromedia
problem as it is a Shockwave flash player file, I've contacted them and they
just keep giving me the run around, that also has been uninstalled and
re-installed, All I want is the damb file so that I can get it to work or for
somebody to tell me what the hell is going wrong.

Secondly, I am also having problems with the installShield Wizard not
working properly, it keeps freezing and not responding so I have to close it
down, this started happening after I downloaded SP2, I had great fun
installing a new sound card yesterday, Microsoft just don't won't to know and
Macromedia can't be assed.
So if anybody out there would be so kind as to shed some light on this for
me, then I would be ever so greatfull.
Thank you in advance.
