InstallShield - Lack of admin privileges preventing installation

Hello,

I have a Win2K/SP4 server. I am trying to install and application and get
the following error: "Error installing iKernel.exe (0xa00)".

I goggle'd the error message and found the following:
http://www.activexperts.com/support/axscript/?kb=Q6000010

This says, "Most probably, you don't have administrative privileges on the
machine where you install the product. You must have local administrator
rights to install ActiveSocket on the computer."

This indicates thta I don't have local admin privileges.

My company has pretty tight security and even so-called "administrative"
accounts do not have all normal admin privileges.

Can anyone tell me exactly which privilege is required?

TIA,
Rich
