Installing Windows 2000 server in established network

Are there any problems I should worry about when installing Windows 2000 server in an established network?

Our network already has Windows 2000 server and dynamic dns servers.

For example. Let's say one of our Windows 2000 domains is NorthA.mycompany.com. Would there be any problem with me creating a domain called Jimbozos.mycompany.com?

It would be a totally separate forest from the other domain. Totally separate yet linked by DNS and the network.

Any problems with that?
Thanks for the information.

That won't be a problem. If you need name resolution between these domains though, make sure that the parent mydomain.com has delegated you the child
domain jimbozos.mycompany.com.

Thank you,
