Installing Windows 2000 server as a PDC

I am trying to install a windows 2000 server, I want to install this server as the PDC, I am not getting an option anyware, to make the server as a PDC, all the option I have is _ as a workgroup, or member of a Domain. How do I install this as Primary Domain Controller (PDC), This is the only one server is going to be on the network
