installing software for both users

I downloaded Kazaa lite, but in another users account. Though I can access Kazaa files from my account I cannot start the program. Can someone help? Tell me how I can set it up properly so that I can use Kazaa from my account.

Re-install it under "All Users". Or log on as the administrator and
right click on the Start button, select "Open All Users". Select the
other user's account and open the folder it's in. Then drag it to
your account and place it in the folder you wish. You can also
create a new folder under your own account and drop Kazaa Lite there.

Latest version of Kazaa Lite is the ++ 2.43 version. Be sure that's
the one you have and not an earlier version.
