Installing root certificate, Win CE 4.2

Hi

I'm trying to establish https comunication between a PDA (Win CE 4.2) and a
server. I have installed a root certificate on the server but how do I
install the certificate on the PDA?
I found an Microsoft application, AddRootCert.exe, but it only works on
PocketPC. Any suggestions?

My CE4.2 devices have a Control Panel applet for Certificates.
