Installing Road Runner on XP

How do i install Road Runner without
the "WorkFlowHarnessExecutableApplication"coming when it
tries to check the CPU speed. It will not let me continue
with the instalation. I have already contacted Road
Runner and Hewlet Packard about this problem and both of
them do not know what to do about it. Please email me if
you have any suggestoins

One possible solution is to throw the roadrunner software
out the window as it is not required to connect. XP
comes with everything needed and you should be able to
setup the connection manually. Call the ISP again and
ask them how to do this.

You don't need the RR stuff. Plug the cable from the modem into your NIC or router, you should be good to go.

You don't need the RR stuff. Plug the cable from the modem into your NIC or
router, you should be good to go.

The software is required if they are using a USB port to connect instead of
a NIC, but if that's the case he should just get a NIC card instead
