Installing logitech 4000 camera and "Found new hardware (usb device)" popup

Hello,
I tried time and time again to install
logitech 4000 camera using the correspomding win2k driver from
logitech website.

I start the install , than at some stage it says it needs reboot.
I press OK.
Then apprards the Logitech wizard , and
with it also the Microsoft "Found new hardware (usb device)" popup.
I once tried saying "no" to MS Found new hardware (usb device)" popup
and afterwards could not activate the Logitech ImageStudio capturing
application (It says: "Camera is not connected").
Then I tried to uninstall the logitech 4000 driver and reinstall them
and the pressed OK
to the MS Found new hardware (usb device)" popup.
Then when going to the ImageStudio capturing application it
gave a different error when pressing "start" for start capturing.

Does anybody has an idea what can it be ?
regards,
sting

I installed mine successfully using the s/w and drivers supplied on the setup disc supplied with the camera.

You may want to uninstall again and be sure that your temp files are clear, you're off-line and you have your AV app disabled prior installation.
