Installing error 101

Hello,
I keep getting the 101 error while trying to install. I have tried going
into the task manager, disable gcasserv.exe, gone into dos cmd
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\svchost -k dcomlaunch and then to C:\Program
Files\Microsoft AntiSpyware to run the files and I keep getting the same
errors.

I have also uninstalled, removed registry entries and reinstalled 5 times.
Finally, downloaded again and started over with the same error each time.
Any additional solutions?

Also , if you type 101 in the window Search For: on top of the screen, maybe
you can get lucky.
