Installing East Asian languages without XP CD

Can someone help me - I'm tying to install files for east
asian languages but my laptop does not come with the
Windows Xp discs as required. The windows XP home edition
currently running came with the laptop (OEM version). Any
ideas where I can get the necessary fils for the East
Asian Languages installation?
