Installing components without SP4 CD

Hi

I want to install IIS, but the installation wizard requests the SP4 CD. I
used the SP4 download and do not have a disk.

How can I install IIS?

To extract without installing them, execute
J:\W2kSP4\W2KSP4_EN.exe /x
Then when prompted, specify a directory to hold the extracted files.

Hi Dave

I've done that but when trying to install IIS it is looking for a file -
admxprox.dll - which isn't in the extracted file structure.

Any suggestions please/

It's in the \i386 directory on your install CD-Rom. If may not have been
replaced in SP4 hence the reason you don't find it. You may need to create
the integrated installation media and install from there.
