Installing a camera

I'm trying to install a digital camera "Olympus C-220 zoom".

On the camera there is a mark saying that it's Microsoft XP compatible.

When I try to install I have to make a manual installation as my computer
doesn't found the camera automatically.
In the manual installing there is a list of Olympus-cameras I can choose
between, but not this particular one "C-220 zoom".

Then I try choosing another camera "D-340L".
Then I get this message: The software I tried to install hasn't passed the
test for control of Windows XP. If You continue this installation the system
can be unstable and will possible not work correctly. Microsoft strongly
recommend that You disrupt the installation.

Is there anyone who can help me to install my camera ?

Is the camera a C-2020? C-220 is not shown as a valid camera model number on
the olympus (USA) web site. If it is a 2020, have you updated the camera
software?
Finally, the warning about he software not having passed WHQL testing means
that Olympus did not have outside testing done. Software may or may not work
properly regardless of the WHQL testing, due to changes in windows after
WHQL testing was acomplished.
(SP-2 update is an example of a windows change that breaks some earlier WHQL
tested software)
