installer problems

trying to install greeting card factory deluxe when i go to install with the
install disk i get an error message: msiexec.exe has encountered a problem an
must close. the application error: msiexec.exe version 3.14000.1823 faulting
module. path c:/windows/system32/msi.dll. i have try everything. i'm using
microsoft windows xp home edition service pack 2

Go to downloads at microsoft,or type:893803 Download and reinstall
