Installer in Polish in VB.NET 2003

Hello!

How can I create an Installer entirely in Polish language using Deployment
Project in VB.NET (I have already translated the available texts into
Polish).
I have .NET 2003 EN and I read I have to download some addins/components but
have got no clue where from?

Well, I know this page pretty well and I have no problems creating
application in Polish and/or other languages. My problem is only with the
Deployment.

A Deployment Project has a property called Localization where you can choose
among several Languages but those do not include Polish.
In the above mentioned page I read:
"When deploying an application that uses the .NET Framework, a merge module
that contains the .NET Framework common language runtime files
(dotnetfxredist_x86_language.msm) is added to the project by default. For
localized installers, you will need to replace this merge module with the
..NET Framework merge module for the target locale. Localized merge modules
are not included in Visual Studio .NET; they are available on the Microsoft
Web site."

So Where can I find .NET Framework Localized for Poland ?
