Installed software

I noticed some weird software on my computer which I don't
think was there a week ago. The 3 programs are:

DAO 3.5
Boradjump clinet foundation
Broadjump correct connect engine

I know I didn't install this stuff lately, and no one else
has access to my computer. Is this something I should be
worried about?

Some web sites would descrbe this software as Spyware or an Ad pop-up type
of software.

Broadjump Client Foundation

I would see if I could uninstall this stuff through Add/Remove programs and
then run some spyware cleaner software like www.adaware.com or
www.spybot.com.
