installed business contact manager but file import export problems

I have BCM, to import you use the file menu, then import and export, the BCM
icon, but I don't have the BCM icon !! I can only load into Outlook contacts,
where has the icon gone. I have removed and reinstalled BCM and tried repair
etc.

Do you see Business Tools ? Also do you have BCM under the folder list
