INSTALLATION

I downloaded the program, but when I tried to install it, a window came up
saying that the program was only for Windows 2000 and up. Well, I HAVE
Windows 2000. I made several attempts, but always got the same window.

It requires all the latest updates to WIndows 2000... Could you go to
http://update.microsoft.com and verify that you have every critical update,
especially any rollups?

Operating system: Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 or later, or Windows
XP Service Pack 2 or later, or Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 or

Are you on Service Pack 4?
