I am currently running Office 2003 (Standard Edition, which does not include
Access) under Windows XP Pro. I have a spare copy of Office 2000 Pro. Can I
install Access 2000 from the Office 2000 Pro distribution on the machine
which is running Office 2003 without disturbing my Office 2003 installation?

That will be fine if you do a custom installation. You install into a
different folder, and use just the Access part.

That will work fine unless you have code that refers to particular
components (such as MS Graph), or code references the library of one of the
other Office products (such as Outlook 11.)
