Installation Problem

I have seen many posts regarding installation problems.
To be specific error 1904. I have uninstalled, cleared
temp folder, internet temp for each user, cleared cache,
used windows installer cleaner to no avail. Has anyone
had any success after trying the listed suggestions?
Anyone have any other suggestions? I have this program on
other computers and have not had this issue before. Don't
know what could be wrong the configurations are identical.
