Installation Problem (everything)

hi,
i have abserved that when i install software it installs perfectly. but
then here and there it does not install some things which causes the
softwares failure in running. i knew about this when in a sofware called
pinnacle game profiler everyone has a folder and appdata while i dont even
after installing. then i noticed its happening in all softwares i am
installing from now onwards.
one more thing is that in the remove/add application in control panel i
see thousands of softwares which i am not supposed to see and i cannot use
the uninstall feature because the button does not exist so if i need to
uninstall a program i need to do it manually by shift+delete.
please help anyone i dont wanna reinstall windows.
