Installation Error

When I try and install Vista RC1 x64 Version, I get to the Windows Loading
files screen. The Progress Bar gets roughly 33% across the screen and I get
error 0xc00000e9, with the option to either press "Enter to Continue" or "Esc
to Exit" neither of which work, and after a few seconds the installation
restarts.

Any thoughs
