Install XP - MS Fax Client?

I am re-doing my upgrade from Windows 98 to XP. During the compatability
check, it says at can't do an upgrade unti I remove the Microsoft Fax Sharing
Client. It wants me to go to Add/Remove Programs. However, when I go there,
there is no option to do that. There appears to be some file (i think maybe
in the System directory) that tells XP that I am using the Fax client, even
though I am not. I need to get rid of the right files. Do you know which ones
they are?
thanks,
bill

Open up My Computer.
Go to Tools, Folder Options.
Put a check in "Show hidden files and folders".
Click on Start, then Run.
Type in: CMD.
Type in: cd\ , then hit enter
Type in: dir fxsclnt.exe /s
Remember what directory you found the file in.
Type in Exit.
Double click on My Computer.
Right-click on the C: drive and click on Explorer.
Find the directory that housed the fxsclnt.exe.
Delete the file and restart.

Now, you should be able to upgrade to Windows XP.
