Install win 2000

I am trying to install win2000 on a new Drive from my
original CD
It stalls with error message #1073725570
F:\nt\PRIVATE\NTOS\BOOT\SETUP\ARCDISP.C.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS ON SEVERAL OTHER INSTALLS

Searching by the file name ARCDISP.C, Microsoft says that could be caused by
a bad memory chip.

I searched by error number and didn't find anything.
