install on usb drive

My C drive has about 16 megs of free space and I also have a USB drive with
about 70 megs of free space. I have two questions. If I were to install
vista on the C drive would I have to create a new partition to duel boot?
Secondly, could I install to the USB drive and dual boot?

So far, the Beta's do not support booting to a USB drive. Who knows about
future versions of windows, but I do not believe Vista will be able to be
run from a USB drive.

OK, I'm hoping you actually mean GB's instead of MB's because "megs" are
much smaller than "gigs" :blush:)
Yeh you'd have to partition your C: drive to have a dual boot setup going,
however if you were to split the 16GB into two sets of 8GB, then this isn't
enough. Try and free up some space, so that you've got 15GB at least on a
single partition to install Vista onto.

Not too sure about booting onto a flash drive - don't think this can be done
to be honest.
