Hello,

I am building a Terminal Services Server for a set of users and would like to know what is the industry standard these days for what drive you install terminal services / Windows 2000. I know that Citrix standard was to install everything on the M drive, is this to correct way for terminal services or is it standard to just install it all on the normal C drive? Any advise would be great, Thanks, Timothy.

M: drive? Where did you read that as a Citrix "standard"? The only place
I've seen any reference to an M: drive is with Exchange 2000.... Our Citrix
installs are all on C: drive. I've never seen any option given on where to
install Terminal Services...... It goes where the OS says it goes...

Hi,

Our old Cirtix servers have Citrix and W2K installed on the M drive and there is no C drive at all, which is why I thought we would need to install the OS and terminal services on the C drive.

As all the users profiles are configured for use on the M drive how will this impact them all will it be alot of work changing it all the point to C drive, Im not sure what is involved? Thanks, Timothy.
